An ordinary young boy named Keiichi Morisato diels the worong number and gets the Relief Goddess Office, which brings three goddess sisters into his life, Beldandy (Verdandi), Urd, Skuld.
The Legend behind the Story
The three goddesses were based on the Norse legend of the Yggdrasil tree, which had three roots one in each of the worlds. The goddesses, are the Fates (also called the Norn) were incharge on pretecting the roots. Urd, the Norn of the past, Beldandy, the Norn of the present, Skuld, the Norn of the Futuer. Thease powerfull individuals controled the fate of man and the gods.
