Letters from the Editor and Assistant Editor

From the Editor

Unto the populace of the Southern Consortium does Lady Marie Gautrot send greetings.

Welcome to the very first edition of the Southern Watch!  We hope to bring you a quality newsletter every quarter that will not only keep you up to date on all current Consortium happenings, but hopefully will teach you a little about the history of and the people in our collection of shires.

This newsletter is for and by you.  Please feel free to suggest changes or submit articles either to me or to my assistant editor, Lord Giovanni.

Marie

From the Assistant Editor

To the Gallant Lords and Gentle Ladies of the Consortium, Greetings!

Don't you hate those newsletters that beg for articles from its readers?
<submit articles>  It's really a pain to have to wade through the insistent <submit articles> blatherings of some editor who has nothing better to do than <submit articles> ask you to do their job for <submit articles> them.  You won't find us here at the Southern Watch doing <submit articles> that.  No Sir!  We have more self-respect <submit articles> than that and more respect for <submit articles> you.  Sure any person in the Consortium <submit articles> can submit, BUT WE WILL NEVER <submit articles> BEG YOU TO!

Gio
