Q1:  Are you aware of my moral and ethical pacifist beliefs?
Q2:  Do you believe I am sincerely opposed to all wars, regardless of the reason for the war, or how the war is fought? 
Q3:  How long have you served in the military?
Q4:  Do you believe I am still suitable for military service?

(Asked of a Supervisor)
Q5:  Please review these monthly evaluations, "counselings."  How would you characterize my attitude and motivation when I arrived at the unit?  (A:  It was very good.)
Q6:  How would you describe my attitude and motivation now?  (A: Terrible, I mean there is a change.  You still keep a positive attitude.)
Q7:  When did you notice this change?
Q8:  Do you believe my objections to war have become fixed?
