Here is one of my tips IF YOU ARE SINCERE about BOXING just put in the HARD WORK.

You must ESpecially when you are TRAiNING not eat the wrong food. It will clog you up and make it hard to train.

BOXING IS ONE OF THE GREATEST SPORTS IN THE WORLD. And can be very rewarding.

(BOXING) is no different to any other sport in regards to meeting (NEW FRIENDS). I certainly HAVE.

So if you want a fit body, you will get it in time. There is no better feeling than the feeling you get, when you finish your work out,and have your shower.
