Our second day of training went very well! Casey is doing wonderfully! She does sit, down, heel, place, and come all very well, and with distractions. She responds to our commands quickly and loves praise and affection! |

Connor is getting more and more comfortable with Casey! He is starting to initiate interactions with her on his own now! He even gave her a kiss this afternoon! Connor loves to play ball with Casey, and to give her treats! He's also learning to pet her more firmly, the way Casey likes it! |

This evening, Connor had the chance to meet Karen Shirk, the Founder and Executive Director of 4 Paws for Ability. This was a really neat experience for him as Karen has a trach just like he does! We all enjoyed spending time with Karen! We really appreciate all she did to help us connect Connor & Casey! |
