Physical Description:Trelane has brown hair that is short and messy and emerald green eyes. He looks to be about 16 years old and has the mentality thereof. He wears a large shirt that, on the back, says, "If you can read this, you must be human." and khaki cargo pants. He also wears a single gold ring on his left ring finger to symbolize his engagement to q (Anli) despite her protests.
Personality: Though he has the mentality of a 16 year-old, Trelane does not posess any of thier
desires for sex. At most, he desires a kiss from his beloved q (Anli). Trelane is very kind and caring to those he cares for (i.e. q (Anli) and Connie), but he is one entity you don't want to cross. He is desparately in love with q (Anli) and will do anything for her. Some people call him her doormat because of that.
History: Trelane was born to Q and Q. He was quite sheltered throughout his early childhood. In the 23rd Century, he was looking at Earth from a distance of about 600 lightyears and so saw the earth as it was 600 years earlier. He dressed accordingly and y'all should watch the TOS episode, "Squire of Gothos" to hear more of that story. In the 24th Century, he returned to the Enterprise... D... He then made a dangerous excursion to the Heart of the Storm (chaos) and went insane. His mentor, Q (Connie's father), had to save him and everything by making him start all over again in 2368 (read the book Q-Squared by Peter David to get more info on that). Then, in 2374, the Q-Continuum underwent massive changes, which are still in effect today. Instead of the metaphoricl desert and the metaphorical road with the metaphorical gas station (or whatever the hell that thing was...), it became the suburban sector of the U.S.A. in the 1990's. The Q within the Continuum also changed. They felt at home in the new version of the Continuum and thier mentalities turned to that of more human-like. Some escaped the change, like q, Q, Q, q, and Q. Trelane did, though. He allowed himself to become q (Anli)'s guineapig for a project of hers to which she promised him anything he desired. His desire was her hand in marriage and that is how they got engaged.
