writes the following to you:

I recently became aware of your knowledge of/interest in the Wertz family. 
I am a WERTZ from Altoonah, Blair Co., PA, with some knowledge of five 
generations of my branch of the WERTZ family. This branch was centered in 
Blair and Huntington Counties. My earliest known WERTZ ancestors were John 
WERTZ and Mary HARNISH Wertz. Much of my genealogy material was lost with 
the death of my aunt. I can only reconstruct from memory and cemetery 
records. I would be appreciative of any informaiton on the WERTZ family you 
might be able to share with me and am willing to share any I might have.
