I have a copy of "Genealogy of the Swasey Family" by Benjamin F. Swasey, 
1910.  It covers alot and includes the New Jersey family.  If you have 
specific names you would like me to look up I'd be most happy to and send 
you copies.  Also a man in Kent,WA has started a Swasey Family Society 
Newsletter (Cost {$12 year)  He has much info. also; address-Clyde W. 
Downing, 11215 SE 220th Pl., Kent,WA 98031.  one thing to remember is that 
swayzey & swaysey are interchangable and their are other variations. Let me 
know.

Yvonne....It was wonderful of you to respond to my query.  I would like all 
the information you can provide me about
        V.M. SWAYZE, DDS  b. 20 Sept 1823 Newton, NJ
                          d. 21 June 1882 Easton, PA
He settled in Easton, Northampton Co., PA around 1842, had a dental office 
there and was buried in Easton Cemetery.  That's all I have been able to 
find out about him in local records.  Can't even find his will at the 
county courthouse.  He married but don't know who. Please send what you
