I have made a sample from my PAF program to upload to you. 1. On PAF or your genealogy program tell it to send your chart to a disk. Then create your Family Group Sheet and save it on the disk. Our Sysop said to limit anything uploaded to 2 pages. I named this (B:Barbara). 2. We use Word Prefect 5.1 for a word processor. Retrieve the file B:Barbara from your disk (F5). When you have it on the screen you can edit it or type a message. NOW save your chart in DOS format (Ctrl F5, 1,1) Or if you have DOS 5.0 you can type EDIT and save your file in DOS format. Now upload your file to the BBS. We are just novices and have learned by trail and error. Please let me know if I can explain in more detail. What genealogy program and word processor are you using?
