I am looking for proof that Anson St. John, son of Jonathan St. John is my 
3 g.gf. Anson was supposed to have migrated to Poughkeepsie, NY, and worked 
as a cabinetmaker. He m. Phoebe White of Orange Co., NY. They had three 
children: Elizabeth, Du Bois, & ?. She died in 1833. The family emigrated 
to what is now Morrow Co., Ohio in 1835.
