What do you know! Someone else looking for SLACKS.  I have been 
researching the SLACK line for quite awhile.  I do have lots of data, 
on the early lines in NY, Mass., RI, but no  VT yet.  But, it appears 
most all of these SLACKS are related to just a few lines.  Provide me 
with more data if you can and I'll see what I can dig up.  If you
