It just so happens that I was at my sister-in-law's house this past weekend and she has a copy of the book. She said that she bought the book in 1985 by mail from the daughter of the author, Jack Sanford, for approximately $15. Her name and address was Priscilla Ferringer, 105 Birch Road, Franklin, PA 16323. She recently received a letter from David G. Allen who is updating the John Sanford Genealogy. He's tracking down and contacting living descendants. He's especially interested in communicating with descendants of Benjamin (1733-1829), Encome (1721-1805), and Joshua (1738-1816) SANFORD. Hope you get this reply! One of Diana's ancestor's was Elizabeth SANFORD, who was b.19 Feb 1645 in Hartford CT), m. Joseph COLLIER in 1667 and d. 6 Feb 1695. We show her parents as Robert SANFORD (b. 1 Nov 1615 in Stanstead Mountfitchet ENG) and Ann ADAMS (b. about 1620 in ENG). This couple died in Hartford CT, Robert in Jun 1676 and Ann in 1682. The parents of Robert SANFORD were Ezekiell SANFORD and Rose WARNER, from the Hatfield ESS ENG area. Ezekiell and Rose's other children were Thomas (migrated to MA and CT), John, Ezekiel, Andrew, Samuel (d. young), Mary, Jonathon, Zachary and Nathaniel. Some of the other children may have migrated too, although our information does not show this. You said in your message that your SANFORD line had connections with the WARNER line, and we wonder if this is the same as ours. It would be great to find a cousin through this line on this echo. We hope it does match, as we have information (unverified though it be) quite a long way back on the SANFORD line through a co-researcher who pushed the buttons in the LDS Ancestral File at Salt Lake City a couple years ago.
