I am searching any and all information, that I can find on the Rugg
family. I have been lucky enough to find a great deal and would be
willing to share what I have with anyone who is in need of such
information.

I am trying to find if anyone knows where JOHN RUGG, of Watertown,
Mass, 1650, Lancaster, Mass. 1654 was born or where he came from.  He
married 1st Martha Prescott 4 nov 1654, bap at Sowerby, Halifax
Parish, Eng. 11 Mar 1632, dau of John and Mary Platts (Gawk-roger)
Prescott, she d 24 Nov 1655, He mar 2nd her sister, Hannah Prescott 4
May 1660.  They had 9 children, John Jr., Mercy, Thomas, Joseph,
Hannah, Rebecca, Samuel, Daniel and Jonathan.
