Seeking the parents/family of Margaret McKEE, central Penna. Margaret McKEE, b. abt 1812, m. Jesse GRIFFITH, lived in Jenner twp, Somerset Co., PA. Since Jesse was born 1816, and raised in Somerset Co., it seems likely that Margaret may have been also. Children: Sarah J., Martha A., Wesley, Nancy, Nelson, Amanda. A Thomas McKEE married Lydia GRIFFITH, Jesse's sister. Although not certain, it seems likely that Thomas and Margaret were siblings or at least cousins. Will appreciate any info that you might have that might relate to Margaret/Thomas McKEE.
