You probably are aware of this publication. If not, it can be borrowed by members of NEHGS from their book-loan library. I don't see any Jeremiahs in any of the information I copied on my own line. I looked in the Ancestry Service books put out by the Connecticut Society of Genealogists for these names. These books contain information that was submitted by members of the society. I found the following for your Sarah LORD who married Ebenezer SKINNER. Sarah LORD m. Ebenezer SKINNER Connecticut 1682 William Connecticut 1643 William Connecticut 1618 Thomas England 1585 Richard England 1555 The William, William, Thomas, Richard are the father, grandfather etc. of Sarah Lord. I also looked up Abigail LORD and found that an Abigail LORD married Ebenezer STEPHENS. You can write to the Ct. Soc. of Genea. and ask for copies of the ancestor charts submitted by the members for the Sarah LORD and Ebenezer SKINNER name. Give them the following numbers which are the member numbers. 1928-69 552 688 1192 1833 2266 It costs $ .15 per copy with a minimum of $1.00. The adress is: Connecticut Society of Genealogists P.O. Box 435 Glastonbury, CT 06033 One further thought. If, as you said, the information came from NEHGS probably the Register, they do have an index out for all of their early issues.
