LUCY LOOK/MARTHA'S VINEYARD

In Vol.III of Charles E. Banks' History of Martha's Vineyard
there is a lot of info on LUCY LOOK.  She was the daughter of
Captain LOOK, b.27 Nov. 1719, and his 2nd wife Hannah HOLLEY,
b. 1731 and d. 1 Jan 1821. He was a farmer at Tisbury, and 
later moved to Conway, Mass. where he died in 1790.  Your
Lucy (Lucinda) married John FIELD and they were ancestors
of THE merchant Marshall Field of Chicago.

Capt Noah LOOK was the son of Samuel LOOK and wife Thankful
LEWIS, dau of Geo and Elizabeth LEWIS of Barnstable.
Samuel LOOK was the son of Thomas LOOK and Elizabeth BUNKER
of Nantucket.

There is a lot more info in Vol.II about Thomas LOOK, who
was son of Thomas LOOK of LYNN.  Martha's Vineyard and
Nantucket history is SO interesting!  Hope this helps!
