I am trying to update HL> a family history my father and I did in 1973. Nine chances out of ten HL> I already have the name of the person you know who is doing Bilderback Harry, Chance number ten! My friend's name is Linda Haney, P. O. Box 4097, Sciotoville, OH 45662. I got a brief chance to talk to her Friday and she said she never heard of you, so you might want to write to her. I will give her your address also when she calls back. (She was on her way out of town when I called.) I am researching Washington Co., PA also. Apparently, my ancestor, James Logan, b. 1767, was a contemperary of your Thomas Bilderbach. He resided in Hanover Twp. around the early 1790's and was in the militia in 1792. I have been trying to find his marriage to Caroline Elizabeth Hughes, but have had no luck at all. Other names from that county that I am researching are Enix/Enochs and Razor. Jacob Razor was in the same militia unit as James Logan and came to Fleming Co., KY. He served as a witness when James applied for a Rev. War pension. This pension was denied because of the date (1792). Do you have any Washington Co., PA records that might help locate anything about my Logan, Enix, or Razor family? I will send the Bruce information later when I have more time. ... Bruce E.
