MORTON, JACKSON, CROSS

Wish to correspond with anyone working on the MORTON or JACKSON families 
(originating in England, migrated to Mass.).  I know the following:
  
  MORTON, Remember married Abraham Jackson & had
     Nathaniel JACKSON who married Ruth Jenny & had
        Nath'l JACKSON Jr. who married Abigail Chipman & had
           Nath'l JACKSON III who married Patience Cole & had
              Lemuel JACKSON who married Jemima Sampson & had
                 Isaac JACKSON who married Submit Scott & had
                    Lucy JACKSON who married Joseph W. CROSS
  
I have quite a bit of info on MORTONs before Remember, and on the Cross's 
after Lucy & Joseph. What I don't have is very much on the JACKSONs listed 
above. Any information on these JACKSON lines would be most welcome. These 
families all were in Mass. & with Isaac & Submit, moved to Maine. Please 
leave message here or if you have quite a bit of info that you think I

GENEALOGY                      -------------------------------
I recently found out that there are over 50,000 genealogy records on
the Jackson's and related families. These records were compiled over
many years by a man named Ernest H. Jackson. Now, here is the problem...
this man died in 1986 and the records are in his house somewhere but
cannot be accessed. The reason is his widow and her housekeeper/friend
will not even bother to find them. When I called up they told me that
they don't care anything about them and that they don't know where they
are anyway. She also said they get calls all the time, etc. I live in
CA and I have many Jackson relatives (includeing Stonewall Jackson).
These ladies appearently don't know what it is that they have. I found
this mans name in an index and he even used to have a newsletter. If
anyone lives near Rockford, Illinois, you may want to go and have a
talk with these ladies. The man's name who died and the address where
