HURST

I would be happy to exchange what information I have on the HURST
family. My Hursts ended with my Maternal Grandmother, Flaura Belle
Hurst Salmon. She passed away January of last year but passed down
lots of good HURST history.

I have a copy of HURST geneology that was originally read to the HURST
family reunion by James K. Polk HURST on Aug 7, 1901. It was updated
on August 30, 1944 by Doris Anne NcNary, Great Granddaughter of John
Hurst Senior, of Vevay, Indiana.

The second revision was done by my Mother, Ellen Jane Salmon Nichols,
on July 25, 1952, then again on June 26, 1958. Looking forward to
corresponding with you.

My HURST line came from Nottinghamshire, England, in 1851 -- Levi 
HURST b. 1823 at Eaton.  From what part of England were your HURSTs?  
I doubt if our lines are connected.

Christopher HURST sure does ring a bell. Do you have any info further 
back. I have a copy of HURSTs of Shenandoah (actually my Mother has 
it) and it lists my HURSTs down through Jesse HURST. Do you have any
