HUNTs in Concord, Mass. by Thurston Ackerman 22 June 1990 ------------------------------------------------ My FULLER genealogy records two birthdates of June 10,1673 and one of January 12,1673, and death May 3, 1765 in the 92d year of John HUNT (all in Concord, Mass.). I suspect the June 10, 1673 is this John's more correct birthdate but just in case I have an un-noted birth and baptism (as some times occurs in these old records) I would appreciate what ever data you may have please. I have this John HUNT (there were two earlier who did not survive more that 2 years and this John begat another John HUNT as you may well know) was fathered by Nehemiah HUNT born about 1632 and died March 3, 1717 in Concord, Mass. in his 86th year. And Nehemiah's father was William HUNT born about 1605 and died Oct. 1667 in Marlborough, Mass.. William was known in Concord, Mass. in 1635/6 and came from Yorkshire, England; which suggests his son Nehemiah may have been born in England, but I have no factuals on that. I would appreciate any collateral information you may have. I have Johns and Nehemiah siblings and William's descendants if you would like. * Origin: HACKNET (1:101/145.0) Date: Sat Dec 01 1990 20:44:11 From: Steve Read To: All Subj: Genealogy help needed in Dixon, Lee Co, IL Attr: genealogy ------------------------------- GENEALOGY - Need help for Dixon, Lee County, Illinois Otis Hunt born circa 1805, Vermont, died on November 2, 1882 in Dixon, Lee Co, IL.
