       Thanks for that listing.  In fact, I have the same data from "The 
Genealogy of Timothy and Eunice (Ellsworth) Green" (1906)  They were 
the parents of Timothy who m. Eunice CLARK:  Timothy Sr. b. 1723 
maybe in Ellington, CT, d. 1796 in Amherst.  My big missing link here is 
the Huldah HARRIS who m. Timothy Green III.  She was b. 1774 in 
Amherst, d. 1850 in Weybridge, VT.  Her parents died when she was 
"young" and she was brought up by the COLEMAN family in Amherst, 
but I have yet to discover her connection to other Harrises.  (Well, my 
even bigger missing link is where in the world Timothy Green, Sr. came 
from.  There's a Green line in CT with bundles of Timothy's in it, but 
none match mine!)

      This is a _real_ long shot, but if we hit paydirt it will make the 
headlines! : is there mention of anyone with surname GREEN(E) in 
Ellington sometime after August, 1723?  My earliest known Green 
ancestor was Timothy, Sr. b. 9 Aug 1723, place unknown, and his son, 
Timothy Jr., is "supposed" to have been born in Ellington.  Although both 
died in Amherst, MA, I am hoping Sr.'s parents may have been in 
Ellington.  There has so far been no trace of them.  Timothy, Sr. was 
probably a scout in the French & Indian Wars, and both served in the 
Revolution, the latter having taken the place of a neighbor. 
      Timothy Green Sr.'s wife was Eunice ELLSWORTH, dau. of 
Thomas, and any mention of this Ellsworth branch in Ellington or East 
Windsor would also be of interest.  Many thanks for the look!

I was looking at your other areas of interest and noted your GREEN line. 
I have started to collate the Quidnessett Greens from RI who emigrated to
NY and beyond in a database that so far has reached 16600 names and I
have yet to add all of Frank L. Greene's list.  My Greens are from Otsego
and Delaware Counties in NY.  If you have a possible connection from that
area please write:  Gary O. Green, 3500 I Preamble Lane, Grafton, VA 
23692.  I am in the process of moving from Bellevue, NE and will be off
computer for a couple of weeks but I think we may be able to connect.
