CORNISH by Dan Sevin Thu Nov 22 1990 ------------------------------- To ALL CORNISH surname researchers I possess a copy of the CORNISH BOOK titled: THE HISTORY AND GENEALOGY OF THE CORNISH FAMILIES IN AMERICA by Joseph E. CORNISH of boston, Mass. 1907. I may be taking on quite a chore at this time of the year, but I am offering to look up information on CORNISH surnames and SPOUSES from the book. In some cases one generation of the children of the CORNISH females are listed when known. There are about 9 immigrant CORNISH lines listed. My father's mother was Martha Ann CORNISH born 19 Dec 1862. Her parents were Ebenezer Wells CORNISH and Mary Ann FIRDEN. I have no more on my FIRDEN line. Please send sufficient information to permit me to work by the index only as I will not be able to search otherwise. Names of parents and spouses, if known, would be a big help. Note that the book was written in 1907 so the information will be earlier than that year.
