BABCOCKs of Monroe Co, NY

I am looking for a J. C. BABCOCK who was in the Henrietta area of Monroe 
County.  I think he died about 1856-1858.  He had a son, Jonathon C. 
BABCOCK who was put under the guardianship of John HIATT, Henrietta, about 
13 Feb 1858.  Jonathon C. BABCOCK was killed in the civil, but I don't know 
what unit he was with, other then NY, so I haven't been able to get war 
records.

J. C. Babcock was married to Lucinda.  I know of 2 other daughters, Susan 
Amanda (b: 3 May 1823, d: 19 Aug 1895) married Stillman BULLARD (b: 17 Aug 
1823, d: 2 Dec 1884),  and Jane Anna BABCOCK (b: 26 Jan 1824, d: 21 Mar 
1862) married Hiram BULLARD (b: 2 Oct 1825, d: 22 Jul 1885).  Hiram and 
Jane are my Great Grandparents, so J. C. and Lucinda are my 2nd GGP.

I have extensive information on the descendents of Hiram's father, Leonard 
BULLARD, but next to nothing the BABCOCKs...
