We found this one by researching the internet - and found the identical winch at Grainger, for less than $70 - ordered online and could pick it up locally.
In fact, both the winches for the keel and for the trailer are the same!
So we will use this one to replace the winch on the trailer.
Not installed yet... more pictures will follow as work progresses....
