So one year later, we became liveaboards on a 35' sailboat and sold our Balboa. She found new owners, who take her out onto the water. That's after all the place she belongs.
These days, more than three years into our liveaboard life, we are typical boaters: in summer, you will recognize us by the tan-line of the flip-flops, sitting in the sunshine with an iced coffee. In winter, we will be sitting in our sailboat, all tarped up and the warm diesel heater going steady.
Knock 3x onto the hull and we'll know it's you!:-)

It started out as a private homepage... we were land-tied excited first time owners who wanted to simply show off our boat pictures!!
Then we got mail.... from other Balboa 26 owners, who shared their pics with us. So we decided to build this into a site where everyone can see these pictures. For communication and contact, we use the Yahoo Group.
We decided to keep up this site --although we do not own a Balboa 26 anymore-- because there are far too few homepages dedicated to old jewels as are the Balboas.
