Steam Turbine

Operation:

This is a reaction turbine - Pressure steam from a boiler enters and leaves the turbine at the same flow rate, and produces consequently a huge reaction force with sufficient power to rotate one or more high-power electric generators.

            Application:

Steam turbines are used in traditional and nuclear thermoelectric plants. They transform the force produced by steam into low, medium, or high electric power. This power will be determined by the steam/hour volume and its respective pressure, which in turn will depend on temperature. Our turbines meet any power demand between 1 KW and 1.5 GW. They are made of stainless steel to withstand pressures up to 200 bars and steam temperature up to 600°C.

Turbines are used in large traditional and nuclear thermoelectric plants. They have a high output of some 38% at simple cycle, and a very high output when used in combined cycle systems.
They are compatible with any type of boiler powered by any kind of fuel. Turbines are made to work horizontally. They are robust and practically do not need frequent maintenance.
