Renewable Biomass-based ( firewood ) electric power system

 

            

             

                   We design and manufacture renewable Biomass-based (firewood) electric power production systems.

              We adopt two processes to produce biomass-based electric power :

1- The traditional process is constituted of a firewood-operated boiler with water that produces steam to drive a steam turbine which, in turn, will power an electric generator to produce electric power :

• Firewood consumed in this process is some 2-3 kg for every KW of power produced. Cost of implantation of this system is around US$ 1,000/KW.

2 - In non-traditional process we also use firewood from primitive or cultivated forests (reforestation), sugarcane bagasse/straw and general organic matter. All material undergoes a process called PYRÓLYSIS (oxygen-free firewood burning at the temperature of 160 - 430^oC), where all gases are used and filtered to produce electric power.

            

                    By this process, we produce such fuels as: vegetal coal, methanol, in addition to tar, and acetic acid. Consumption of firewood in this process is some 3-4 kg, and its electric power production capacity ranges between 1 and 100 MW.

     

                     The major strength of this system is that it does not depend on water to create steam, and can be installed in the most arid regions of the planet, provided that primitive or cultivate forests are available.

          

                      Produced gases are properly filtered without impacting the environment, showing the excellence of this system.

           

                      Cost of implantation of this system is some US$ 1,200 / KW implanted.

Manufacture of our products is fully outsourced to our worldwide network of accredited partners. This is the reason why our delivery time is unique.

 

        

Manufacture Warranty:


Our equipment is warranted against manufacture defects only for the maximum period of 15 years.

Forms of Payment:

50% at the date the equipment is ordered.
50% upon the equipment shipment.
