ConFlix was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. His obsession with music began at a very early age. At the age of
five, he was influenced by Will Smith's "Parents Just Don't Understand" and would later be influenced by rappers such as Run DMC, LL Cool J,
Kool Mo Dee, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 2 Pac, B.I.G, Eminem, DMX, and Jay Z.
ConFlix is definitely not your average West Coast rapper. When you listen to his lyrics, he has a sort of East
Coast feel to his music, but with a West Coast swagger. Through the years, his flow has evolved along with his name and level of
confidence.
Formerly known as Conflix The Menace, he recently dropped the title "The Menace" in place of his new saying "The Best Rapper In Vegas...
Period!!!" The new title seems to have struck a nerve with some of the local rappers, even though they all say they are the best.
His latest project, Flixtape Vol. 3: Return Of The King, is a lyrical masterpiece. Unlike Flixtape Vol. 2: The Antidote, which was full
of punch lines, Vol. 3 will be focused much more on lyrics. ConFlix stays true to his original style that we
have all come to love, but changes his rap style up on every song, showing his versatility and mastery of the language.
ConFlix says his goal this time around is "To prove to the rest of the world that there is real talent in Vegas,
and to the rest of Sin City, that I am indeed the best rapper in Vegas... period!!!"
