My name is Joshua Handell, and I'm the webmaster of this site. I joined the Republican Party about two years ago because I felt an urge to become an active part of the political process. However, since I joined, I've seen my party support some things that have shaken my faith in the GOP (For more on my opinions, check out the Platform). A few months ago, I decided that instead of letting the Republican Party and my elected officials speak for me, I would go directly to the world by virtue of a website. The only problem was, at the time, I had no idea how to even begin building a website. With some advice from friends, I went to Geocities and looked around. I got an account there, and I immediately began building my website using the system's pre-made "cookie-cutter" pages. About a month ago, when I began learning how to write HTML, I decided to start over on my website and write it all in code. Hence, this website is not very technologically advanced, but I promise that, as I learn more HTML, the site will continue to improve.
