Dear Student, 

On behalf of our Sunday School, I take this opportunity to welcome you to this conference.  I would like you to note and adhere to the following: 

1.      Please wear the badge while you are within the Conference premises.

2.      Each of you are grouped in to one of the following houses, and each house is responsible for the Administration and House keeping function of the Conference on the dates shown hereunder:

3.      Please report punctually at the Conference Venue on all the days as per the timings given on the Program sheet provided herewith.

4.      Please bring this book, your Bible and a Pen/Pencil every day.

5.      You will have to bring necessary materials for the "Talent Time".

6.      Please help to keep the venue clean and tidy always.

7.      Mobile phone should not be used while the session is in progress.

8.      Besides the Main meals mentioned in the Program, Refreshments/Tea/Water etc. will be provided.

Please do remember the Conference in your prayers, and let us all do our best to make this event a blessing for each one of us.
