Entry for March 3, 2008

First day back after reading week.

It was great to see so many entries for the upcoming broadcasting awards.  This is the most number of entries in my time as a teacher at Conestoga.

For year two students, I handed out a number of duties that needed to be complete for this week, if you were not in class today please see me.  On Thursday I will be discussing your culminating project that will be due in April.

I've also asked that everyone hand in a one page journal about  February...highlights, lowlights...what you learned, what you could have done better etc.  I would also like to see you rate yourself out of 10 and then "justify" your mark.  I need this by Thursday.

For year one students...the first two groups did their live remotes from the cafeteria.  One last group is doing their remote on Tuesday afternoon at 1 (set up at 12) while I"ll be conducting my last "workshop" on voicetracking at the same time.

Good to see everyone back.

Cheers for now.
