KNOWN AS:  CONE, WALKER & COMPANY - This company consisted of Archibald Cone and his sons as well as son-in-law Kinchen Walker.

The --of Texas (Gurdalupe County)

Know all men by these presents, that I Andrew Neill of Said county

for and in consideration of the Sum of three hundred and twenty dollars to me in hand

paid, as well as the interest due on Said Sum of money Say one hundred & ninety two

dollars, by Com. Walker & Co of Wilson county.  Texas have given granted bargained and

conveyed Sold and conveyed unto the Said Cone, Walk, & co. and do hereby grant, bargain

Sell and convey unto them & their heirs and assigns forever, that certain tract or parcel

of land lying Situate and being on the clear fork of the Sandies and Lying on the bank

of Wilson and Gonglez Counties, being part of the Warren League and beginning at the

South west corner of atract of 640 acres Sold by me to Wm Rupe on the South Side of the

Warren League, thence North, 390, E with Wm Pupis line 1344 varas to corner, Thence

N 51' W. 1344 varas to a corner, Thence 39* W. 1344 Varas a corner on the South line of

the League.  Thence S 51 E. 1344 varas along the League line to begginning corner.

and containing three hundred and twenty acres being the Same tract of land Sold by me to

Thomas A Gay and by him to present grantus, To have and to hold that Said granted premises

with all the privilege and appurtenances to the Same belonging to the Said Cone, Walker

& Co there heirs and assigns forever hereby for myself and my heirs, binding myself to warn

defend the Same to them and their heirs forever against all lawful claims or demands of

any person claiming by through or under me, --

        Witness my hand at Sequin this 14th day of May A. D. 1863.
