(H/197) William Cone, Jr. of Camden Co. to Nathaniel Ashley. Two deeds
both dated Feb.1, 1810, conveying lots 135,141, 1st district of Wayne
Co.
(H/337) William Cone, Sr. of Bulloch County, to his grandson, Jesse
Hagin, son of John Hagin of Camden Co. Gift of slave girl, dated Jan.
12, 1811.
(H/338) John Hagin of Camden Co. to his daughter, Keziah Hagin. Gift of
10 cows, dated Jan. 12, 1811. Wm.Cone, Sr., designated as trustee for
her.

(I/18) William Cone, Sr., and wife Martha Cone both of Camden Co.
Articles of Agreement dated Jan. 8, 1812, agreeing that estates shall in
the future be considered separate "as though they had never married".
(This is evidantly a separation agreement though it is not expressly
stated that they were separating).

service as Grand Jurors, being 60 years of age or over.
March 3, 1813: William Cone, Sr., vs. Martha Cone, Divorce. Case
continued by consent.
