It's home to me and you can make it your home in Ocean City, too. On 23rd Street & Philadelphia Avenue, it's right in the heart of everything! Available to adults (over 21) and families, only. Sleeps up to 4 people. Fourth floor view of Ocean City, the bay and boats from your private balcony. Large efficiency end unit adjacent to Embers Restaurant, and a block and a half from Phillips. It's on the bayside of Philadelphia Ave. (Coastal Highway), on a canal with a view of the bay from a lovely "tropical/nautical" balcony. Elevator and luggage carts take you from the curb to the 4th floor - NO STEPS! **Please see the links below for Photos, Rates, and Availability** Romantic mood lighting and tropical decor with a grass "tiki roof", lots of bamboo, seagrass, a "flickering flame" wall sconce, and even a palm tree with twinkle lights! Palms, ferns, and lush vegetation throughout. Make the cheeseburger, pour up your Margarita, turn on the CD player, and you're all set! Even the bathroom reminds you of "De Islands". Large bathroom with tub & shower, large medicine cabinet, hair dryer and plenty of towel bars. The bedroom area has a Queen bed. The living room area has a futon sofa that folds down into a full-sized bed. A large sliding door separates the sleeping areas, if needed. There is a full eat-in kitchen, including a new oven, new refrigerator, microwave, new toaster oven & coffee maker. All cookware, dinnerware and utensils provided, as well as liquid hand soap, dish detergent, coffee filters, S & P, cooking spices, and even a pepper grinder, and much more. Cordless telephone, individually controlled AC and Heat, Cable TV, VCR, remote with sleep timer, CD player/alarm clock. Completely redone with all new vinyl flooring and carpet. Free boat launch and 50' dock. (Make sure you sit on the dock at night and swing your toes in the water. It's a great place to sit and chat.) Or walk down the boat launch and play around. Either way, it's fun to play in the water. Picnic tables and masonry BBQ pits along the canal. A bike rack and outside showers are next to the entrance door. Safe secure laundry room is down the hall ($1.25 per load). Two blocks to the beach & Boardwalk (Lifeguard on duty, in season). Half to one block to eateries, Bahia Marina with Fishtales Grill & Pub, Embers Restaurant, Phillips Restaurant, Bunting's Diner, Mario's Restaurant, Happy Jack's Pancake House, Mad Hatter Cafe, American Legion Post 166, convenience, drug, liquor & beach/souvenir stores, Candy Kitchen, and 2 mini golf courses. Five blocks or less to Buxy's Salty Dog Saloon, Minit Mart, Subway and Pizza Hut. Locking outer security door & on site Manager.
