Sweet and Sour Salmon
1 tbls oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls fresh lime juice
1 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs salmon, cut into fillets
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine broth, brown sugar, lime, soy sauce, fish sauce, and garlic.
Heat oil in skillet.
While pan heats, sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Add fish to pan, cook for
a few minutes on each side.
Add broth mixture to pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
