Hallucination: A false and distorted perception of reality.

Haunt: A place where a ghost or ghosts frequently return.

Haunted Objects: Jewelry, furniture, clothing, etc, that seems to be haunted by a past owner that some see as being cursed or enchanted.

Haunting: The continuous manifestation of inexplicable phenomena associated with the presence of ghosts or spirits attached to a particular location.

High Band: When a person receives information from someone at a distance; usually experienced from an individual to whom the receiver has a close bond.

Hypnotism: An induced trance or sleep state that leaves you under the power of suggestion.

Hypnologic and Hypnopompic Hallucinations: These     hallucinations respectively happen during the moments before falling asleep and before waking up. Because the brain has neither completely entered nor left the dream state, dream images can be projected in the �outer world� in the shape of hallucinations. This can explain many cases of ghost-sightings.

Intuition: Someone has an intuitive experience when he/she suddenly gets an insight or information about something without clear reasons.

Levitation: Living organisms or objects seemingly detaching from gravity in a paranormal way.

Ley Lines: Invisible lines that run between sacred objects or locations. Some see them as the Earth�s veins; they have strange magnetic properties.

Low Band: When you are psychically tuned very low and are slammed with impressions, images and emotions.

Lucid Dreams: A dream where the dreamer does not know that they are dreaming, as they experience sensations as though they are awake.

Luminous Phenomena - Auras: The experience of strange lights or glows, often around objects or people.
