| Betta fish will be a great fish if you keep it in the right conditions. Altough bettas are tough they still need somethings. They just need some space to spread there fins. There tank should be heated from anywhere from 68F to 82F, but I have had some that do fine with out heat. Also deseases are the number one killer of bettas so make sure you have some medicines for the bettas just in case. Bettas are relitivly easy to take care of as long as you have the proper equipment. Bettas need there tank cleaned on regular intervals. Dirty could give them deseases so let thou not forget to clen thy fish's cage. But bettas are hardy if given proper care and should endure for there whole life span if treated with care. There beauty is way worth the effort. And they can live up to five years. |
