If your fish arives dead I will cover the price of the fish or send you a new one, I don't re-pay shipping. For me to refund your fish you must to the following, e-mail on the day they arrive and tell me that they have died and which one. Then take a picture of it in it's unopened bag and send it to me. Quality doesn't matter as long as I can see that it in fact is dead. When I reply send that picture to me and then I will contact you and work something out. If the betta that died was a rescue, cull, or extra and they were give to you don't expect a refund since they were free. If oyu leave your betta(s) on the porch for hours after the were delivered and they died it was not my fault so don't bother trying to get your money back!
When you have ordered and I received the money then we will work out a day for me to ship. We will both agree on one and so you know when the bettas are coming. I will e-mail you when I ship them. The day before I ship I do not feed the bettas this is so that they will not poop and conaminate the water they are shipped in. I individually bag and then double bag all the fish. The are then placed in their boxes and are secured and made comfortable :). And then I take them off to be shipped to you. Also when you receive the fish I would love to here how they are as I love all my fish and it is very hard to send them away and I want to know how they are doing. The payments I accept are Money Order, Personel Check(not recommended), and cash. Well that is really all my shipping info.
