Patty Jansen's Conch-l image Page

......This is an extremely strange gastropod, I don't even know what family to put it in. I got it from an old collection and according to the label it was found in northwest Australia, presumably in reasonably shallow water or intertidally. The shell is about 12mm long. What is it??
