Our Regular "Automated" Curbside Trash Pick-Up Collection Day is Tuesday.
All curbside recycling will also be picked up on Tuesday, every other week.
There is no curbside pick-up on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Service will be on the day following the holiday.
If your trash or recyclables are not picked up on your regular collection day, please call the Missed Pick-up Hotline at 761-8100. Pick-up will be made within 24 hours.
Solid Waste Management provides assistance with automated carts for disabled or elderly residents free of charge. Call Disability Assistance at 761-8100.
Appliances and similar large items that will not fit into the automated containers will be picked up free of charge. Call to schedule a Large Item Pick-up at 857-8060. Items include air conditioners, stoves, dish washers, washing machines and dryers, water heaters, lawn mowers, doors, sinks, toilets, mattresses, furniture, and televisions.
Free collection of green or yard waste is offered three times per year. (Water bill inserts announce these special collection days during the fall and spring.) Call to schedule a special Green Pick-up at 761-8100, but a fee will be charged. Items include wood, tree limbs, brush, and construction material. Items not included are concrete, rocks, bricks, dirt, sod, tree stumps, tar, shingles, or hazardous materials.
All convenience centers are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Disposal Fees: For only $3.30 (plus tax) per load, you may take your excess trash/yard waste to any of the Solid Waste Management Department's Convenience Centers listed below.
