| 1) How did you come up the name "Bullet For My Valentine" and is there any meaning behind it?
We came with the idea by everyone writing down words and picked out the best words and they went well with Matt's songs. 2) Forming nearly three years ago, you have embarked on a journey most bands are still trying to achieve. How does it feel to reach the stardom your at within only three years of becoming BMFV? Its going really fast, you know. 3) Coming from Wales, how is the music scene different from it is here in the United States? Its pretty similar the way bands tour. Its very similar but over here there is alot of people punching and kicking (slamdancing) but its very similar. 4) You just finished up a tour over in the United Kingdom, selling out almost every show. How does it feel knowing you have the ability of taking it to a level of such high demand? Good (laughing) 5) You are now signed to Trustkill Records, one of the biggest hardcore metal labels in the U.S. today. What sense of completion does the band derive from getting recognition from such a label? I think we are trying to gain an underground base first and Trustkill is a very good label. They get our name out more underground with the bands so I believe Trustkill is a good place for us a to start. 6) You are now touring the United States until the end of this month with fellow label-mates It Dies Today. How does it feel to tour with a band that also has the ability to sell out shows on this tour as well as working with Jackknife, Still Remains and Sinai Beach? It's good. The bands get along very well. Every gig has been great and everything is going good so far. Everyone gets along good 7) You are set to go back over and tour through the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and other countries next month. How does the band feel to know that you're able to tour and bring your music to such a variety of different cultures? We have been bands for ten years, since school you know and we always wanted to do what we're doing now. It took us so long to get here and now since we're here, its been great and its actually paying off, you know. 8) How does it feel that you're going to headline tour over-seas that consist of Hawthorne Heights, Still Remains, and Aiden? I think its going to be good. So far the bands been selling out of tickets. I think its going to be awesome 9) You are soon to release a the full length cd " The Poison" in February of next year, how is the band going about promoting the new album while keeping your fans strung out on the present material? So far we got four new tracks. We are going to get videos done once we get home. This album has been the best and it very good for popularity. We just do tracks on the road, we sit in the back and write new riffs and we get home and spend all our time recording it. Like anyone I guess. 10) When can we expect another U.S tour featuring BFMV to come back here to Pittsburgh? And is there anything you would like to say to your fans? I think we are coming back in February. Not sure if we're here in Pittsburgh, the dates havent been schedule. And for the fans just Rock Out ! 11) How does it feel to play infront of crowds that are just as old as you or younger, being that you guys were signed just getting out of high school? Weird but we dont look at ages, just aslong as they enjoy the music we're happy you know |
