	For some reason the Wyoming City Council and the administration have decided that after the overwhelmingly negative response to the proposed recreation facilities in 2004, it will be easier to keep the decisions to themselves and avoid comment from the citizens at large. We will now have a pool located in Woodlawn that makes access to our children difficult and is fiscally irresponsible for a community of our size. We rejected the proposal in 2004 because it was unrealistic for Wyoming. Should we not be as diligent as we look at these new plans and assess the long-term impact this decision could have on our community for years to come? Jo Potvin March 2006
