FAQS
So Mike, what experience do you have of teaching English to people like me? I taught for two years at a group of language schools in Japan and then for one year I ran my own school teaching English to private students and in large Japanese companies. Following that, I taught in Mallorca and mainland Spain for a further year and I have been teaching in London for one year. So in total I have five years' experience.
When I met you, you looked so young though. What's your secret? That would be telling, but suffice to say I am thinking of bringing out a line of beauty products.
Where do you teach? We have the unique advantage in that we are located in the greatest city in the world. London is my office and I have taught in most parts of it: Hackney, Walthamstow, the East End, Wimbledon, Kensington and Greenwich to name a few.I have taught on the No. 14 bus, in the park, in various coffee shops, in major corporations, people's homes and my own dedicated office in High Street Kensington which doubles as Costa Coffee.
Who are your students and where do they come from? You name the country and I have taught somebody from there: Russia, Libya, Syria, Poland, Israel, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia. My students come from all walks of life and have reached all ages: office workers, bankers, retired people, millionaires, students, England football managers and even other English teachers.
