I don't yet know if I will be able to attend the reunion, but the efforts to contact me and our other classmates are beginning to awaken my school spirit, so I will seriously consider making the trip (20 years ago, I thought I'd leave Conard High School and never look back, but I guess my feelings have softened over the years).

I now live in rural Minnesota with my wife, Joan, daughter, Sophia and our newest addition, Aaron, who was born in May.  After college, I moved to New York City and stayed in the NY/NJ area for over a decade to work, go to NYU law school (where I met my wife) and start a family. We moved to my wife's home state of Minnesota a few months after the birth of our daughter in 1998.  The change in lifestyle has been great -- we now can hear owls hooting instead of car horns honking and the tallest buildings we can see from our home are silos instead of skyscrapers.  Minneapolis and St. Paul are close enough if we feel the need for some urban excitement.  Until recently, I worked as an attorney for a financial services company.  I now work in the Legal department of Alliant Techsystems, an aerospace and defense company, as an Associate General Counsel specializing in securities law and corporate governance.

Maybe I'll see you at the reunion!
