We downed Wilton by 11-10 OT for our 3rd victory. It was a HOT game. If you didn't show up for the game today, u missed the awesome game ever.

We had a game against Minnechaug and they downed us by 10-12

We whipped Southington 18-10 for our 2nd victory.

We lost to Darien by 1-13. That's not us but we worked really hard for 1st quarter and we tied by 1-1.Then we didn't do good at man up and defensive so we fell to Darien.

We won against Norwalk 11-7! It was a good game. We were tieed to Norwalk 7-7 at 3rd quarter, but we managed to score 4 more goals that leaded us to the first victory.

Tips for catching and throwing: Wall Ball

1. All drills must be performed with both hands.
2. Any wall will work, but a smooth concrete wall at least 10 ft. high is best.
3. Use your gloves when performing this routine.
4. Stand about 5 yards from the wall.
5. Perform this routine 4 to 5 times a week for 15-20 minutes and your stick skills will improve a great deal in a very short period of time.
6. Drills:
a. Right hand and quick stick - 50 times (left hand)
b. Right hand - one hand catch and cradle - 50 times (left hand)
c. Right hand (one hand only) quick stick - 50 times (left hand)
d. Right hand catch & face dodge - 50 times (left hand)
e. Split dodge - throw right, catch right, split dodge to left hand, throw left, throw left, catch left, split back to right hand - 50 times.
f. Quick stick - 50 times each hand.
g. Cross Handed - 50 times each hand.
h. Be creative - develop your own drill.

Start with reps of 25 and work your way up. Eventually use a stick with sand in the shaft to maximize your workout.
