LCDR Frank Kulick



History

LCDR Kulick graduated from Annapolis in 1936. After serving two years as a junior officer aboard USS Nevada, he went to Submarine School in New London. He was then assigned to USS Nautilus where he earned his dolphins. Kulick was promoted and assigned to the PCO pool in August 1942. He was given command of USS Trout (SS-202) in October 1942. He presently commands USS Pintado.
