1941; Weather overcast heavy seas; Patrol area near Lingayen Gulf No contacts.
16 Dec
1941; overcast heavy seas; Contact with small convoy, closed to engage sank 1

1941; cloudy mod seas; continue patrol with no further contacts, return to
base.
Comments:
Boat was hard to handle in rough seas but we were able to sink one troop
transport.
