1. Click Start then all programs then Accessories then System Tools Then System Restore
2.Choose restore my computer to an earlier time then select next
3. choose a date to restore to then click next and finish once started system will reboot so close any open programs.
Deleting Temperary internet Files
Start > Control Panel > Switch To Classic View > Internet Options
Delete Temp Internet Files and Cookies
Run Virus Scan At Least Once A Week
Delete Temp Files
Start > Search > All Files And Folders > Type *.tmp > Clcik Search Once finished Searching Delete All
