I guess because I'm wondering where exactly our friends and family are at
this moment in their journey to Estonia, I thought I would send another
quick post.

Our list of people who are receiving these updates has quickly grown to over
75 people so this is CLEARLY not just friends and family of CJ's (my son.)
SOOO I thought I would send the list of names of all the people who went so
you will KNOW who you are praying for.  Additionally, I'm hoping you will
recognize some of the names of the rest of the group and can keep them
specifically in prayer throughout the day as their name or families come to
your mind.  This list may not be absolutely correct - it is just the final
list we were given by Jim Carlson.

Before they left, Jim Carlson sent the nicest note with a list of what to
pray for.  I'm including parts of it in this post and will do so in
forthcoming posts also.  I've included other things to pray for as well so
if YOU have a prayer request for this trip, please forward it to me and I'll
add it.

One last thing...  If any of you receive news from your loved one who is on
this trip, PLEASE forward it to me so we can all share in it.  Just delete
any personal information (or edit it so it can be anonymous) and I will post
it.  Hopefully within the next few days I'll have a page added to the
web-site that will be just for Estonia Christian Radio Project 2000.  If you
get ANY pictures from there, please let me know and I'll scan them and add
them to the web-site. (For those of you recently added - This is the link to

PRAY:
-This trip will be a life-changing experience for each traveler.

- Safety as they are still traveling.  It is still just a wee bit more than
an hour before they land in Helsinki if I have calculated this correctly.
They are due to arrive there at 8:50 AM local time - 10 hours ahead of
California time.  Once in Finland, they have a 1 hour layover before their
flight continues on to Tallinn.  They arrive in Tallinn at 10:30 AM local
time - same as Finland time.  That's 12:30 AM our time.  Once in Tallinn
they will take a bus to Tartu - about a 3 hour ride!!! YIKES!!  By the time
they get there their bodies will think it is about 3:30 or 4 AM.  They left
here at 4 AM - many of them having been up at 2 AM or earlier and one of
them - a 16 year old boy - who chose to stay up all night the night before
"so he could sleep the whole trip".  If I have calculated the times
incorrectly, please let me know.  Here are some GREAT links for figuring the

-Unity among the group; that each person walks in the spirit of love and
humility.  (As tired as they are.... I know this may be tough for some of
them - especially a very tired 16 year old boy. )
