| Chuck is the ruler of New Junk City. Well, he's not really a ruler as such, more like a guy that just attempts to slay anything within the city limits. He doesn't work alone, of course. He is aided by his mindless, rabid, mutated mutt, Fifi. Not much else can be said, except for the fact that Chuck can up-chuck toads! (those are toads, right? I think they're toads. Maybe they're eels.) |
